File Encryption XP

File Encryption XP is a file encryption program using the Blowfish algorithm with a nice user interface and easy operation. It can be installed on a flash drive to encode files on any computer. The password is not stored in the encrypted file, so it is impossible to decrypt the file without knowing the password. Encoded files are saved with the .fex extension but can be saved as self-extracting .exe archives.
