Yale

Yale shows bandwidth usage for all network adapters. Other CPU usage is also shown, as well as disk transfer rates. You can click on a network adapter entry to expand and it will show you the bandwidth for each protocol used. Please note that the expanded network adapter reduces the network speed a bit, as each network packet must be analyzed by the Yale application.
