WiXCover

WiXCover is a command-line tool that provides a convenient way to create MSI installation packages for the applications you develop, based on technologies from the WiX Toolset.

Since it has limited capabilities compared to the WiX Toolset, this program is best suited for developers who prioritize convenience over complexity. The application uses a YAML-format configuration file, into which you can add all the necessary information to build an MSI package. You can also add and remove environment variables on the target computer, import the relevant registry entries, and scan and package files and subdirectories from the root folder into the installer. You can configure the tool to run after installation is complete and terminate any running processes associated with previous versions of the same installer.
