Inno Setup
This excellent tool is not to be missed by anyone who creates any applications. It contains a wizard to add and setup sooftware and then generate an installation script. All files are then compressed into a single executable file. It also generates uninstall information and can be used to set up just about anything. It also offers English translation of the installation output, images, etc.
