Random jokes, suitable to run automatically when Windows starts

WinFortune is a port of the Fortune program, known from Unix systems. This program simply does this by outputting a random text from a given file. (Normal Fortune outputs it textually, my version does a dialog box.) The input file contains a large number of jokes and aphorisms.
