WIGGLE is a tool with advanced features for working with mp3 files. It includes a reliable sound generator, many filters, effects and modulation tools. There are four sound generators through which you can shape waveforms, adjust pitch or change harmonic distortion with phase. You can also use a low-frequency oscillator, a 3-band equalizer, and tools for shaping or creating original sounds.
