WhoLockMe

WhoLockMe is a tool that helps you find out which processes on your computer are blocking files. This can be useful if you're trying to open a file that is blocked by another process, or if you're trying to find out which process is responsible for your computer's slow performance.

To use WhoLockMe, just type the name of the file you want to check into the search box. The program will then display a list of processes that are blocking the file. In addition to the process name, the program will also display the process ID, the name of the user who started the process, and the date and time the process started.

If you want to stop the process, click the "Who Lock Me" button next to the process. The program will then terminate the process and allow you to open the file.
