Wega2

Wega2 is a free and powerful digital photo viewer and basic editor.

The program offers a number of additional tools to make working with files easier: emailing images, resizing, lossless rotation and more. Also included is a magnifying glass that zooms down to the individual pixel level, making it easy to spot errors in an image or photo montage. There's also support for EXIF data that the camera saves to images.

There's a histogram, thumbnail navigation, image sorting, and a customizable interface. Supported formats: BMP, ICO, WMF, EMF, JFIF, JPG, JPE, JPEG, RLE, DIB, WIN, VST, VDA, TGA, ICB, TIFF, TIF, FAX, EPS, PCX, PCC, SCR, RPF, RLA, SGI, RGBA, RGB, BW, PSD, PDD, PPM, PGM, PBM, CEL, PIC, PCD, GIF and animated GIF, CUT, PSP, PNG.
