Voxengo Polysquasher is a mastering compressor AU and VST plugin for professional sound and audio production applications. Polysquasher was designed with the main goal: to be transparent. Transparent compression action is the cornerstone for any mastering compressor. Transparency for audio signal processing, it is necessary to preserve all existing elements in the mix, while compressing itself to mix the audio uniformity into other mixes (tracks) and make it sound more accurate. Polysquasher achieves its goal by using a unique compression algorithm that requires a small number of parameters - essentially just a threshold and a ratio.
