If you don't have a webcam and want to use the video conferencing offered by some communication programs (MSN Messenger, Yahoo Messenger,...), then install this program to create a virtual webcam. You then have the possibility to broadcast video or pictures through it. If you have a webcam installed, you can easily switch between it and the virtual camera.
