Vimalin

Vimalin is a virtual machine backup program for VMware Fusion, VMware Workstation, and VMware Player. With Vimalin, you can create backups even while the virtual machine is running.

Vimalin is standalone backup software for virtual machines running in the VMware Workstation Pro environment. Its purpose is to make your work easier: just set it up once, schedule your backup tasks, and then you can forget about it. What’s more, you can continue using your virtual machine without worrying about the integrity of the backup—one of its most significant features.

There are differences between the free and paid versions. Vimalin is available for free if needed, but purchasing a license gives you access to additional features.
