Nero BackItUp helps you secure all your memories on your computer or laptop. Your data will be automatically stored in 3 different locations, such as an external hard drive. Just click a single button to activate the security.

Fully automatic protection

Multiple backup locations
Back up your data locally to another hard drive or to an external USB drive; or store it on a NAS - the choice is yours! Either way, our product will help you reliably secure your files twice. Now you can also run backups using OneDrive and Google Drive cloud storage. Of course, data can also be restored online. Backing up and restoring with Nero BackItUp is now possible in any location.

Version Management
Unlike other services that always save only the most recent version of a file, Nero BackItUp also saves older versions that you wish to keep. If you make changes to a file, all older versions of the file will be saved locally as well. So if a file is deleted or corrupted, you can restore it at any time!

Thanks to AES 256-bit hardware encryption, you can be sure your files are safe. Plus, with our clever compression algorithm, you save space when storing your files on an external hard drive.
