Video Thumbnail Creator is a tool that helps you create thumbnails for your videos. Thumbnails are small images that appear next to the video title in Windows Explorer. They can be useful for getting a quick glance at the content of a video and deciding whether to play it.

Video Thumbnail Creator can be used to create thumbnails in two ways:

- Select a still image from disk.

- Extract a still image from a video at a specific time.

If you select a still image, Video Thumbnail Creator will use that image as a thumbnail. If you select an image from a video, Video Thumbnail Creator extracts that image and uses it as a thumbnail.
