Only relatively. It's easy to understand the rules, but harder to win. Two players face off against each other in something like a game of ping-pong, but only on a 3x3 playing field. A player tries to make a row, column, or diagonal out of three squares. But as soon as he places the fourth, the first in the row disappears. Simple, but requiring attention.
