TransWin

The program can set transparency for all visible windows in Windows 2000 and higher, including the taskbar (bottom system tray) and Start menu. Use the sliders to adjust the transparency of windows and the taskbar, including the Start menu, use the buttons to save the settings, and hide or show the item's window (the refresh button refreshes the list of windows and Del clears the item from the list). The active window is highlighted and TransWin can also be set to start automatically after OS boot. The program remains displayed in the tray and can be redisplayed via this icon (double-click) or right-click to bring up the menu and select End to exit the program.
