Transposition cipher

Transposition cipher is an application for text encryption via a transposition cipher, which is a basic cryptographic operation based on the principle of character order substitution. The reverse process, i.e. decrypting the text, is also possible. However, this requires an encryption key or the specification of the width and height of the matrix.
