TranslucentTB

TranslucentTB is a free and open-source app that lets you set the transparency of the system tray in Windows 10. By right-clicking on the app icon in the notification area, you can switch between two system tray transparency modes: a completely transparent tray or a blurred background. You can also exit the application by right-clicking on the notification area icon.

TranslucentTB is a very lightweight application that uses very little system resources. The application also does not install, so you can launch and exit it with one click.
