Technitium Bit Chat is a peer-to-peer (P2P) instant messenger, an application for chatting and transferring files within an Internet network and also on a local LAN without an Internet connection. The primary goal is to develop this application and ensure privacy, which is achieved through strong encryption. No servers are used and no meta information is generated or stored.
