In Stubbs The Zombie you find yourself in the role of a man who has been so unlucky in life that the best thing that ever happened to him was his death. Edward Stubblefield, a salesman trying to survive the Great Depression, was murdered and buried in a Pennsylvania field in 1933. Now let's move to 1959, when swashbuckling billionaire Andrew Monday builds his own ultramodern town, Punchbowl, where you can "drink yourself into the future." Unfortunately, he started building it right on top of "Stubbs'" grave, which causes him to return to the world as a somewhat disheveled zombie. Stubbs sucked during his lifetime, but as a reanimated corpse, he now has powers he never dreamed of before. He decides to eat people's brains until he gains control of the city - or until Andrew Monday thwarts him.
