With this program, you can look at the sky from anywhere on Earth or even from some other object - like a comet. You can see 35,000 stars and more than 170 objects from far away, such as glaxies and nebulae. You can also set the time to view the starry sky constellations (for example, on the day of your birth). The program has links to other databases on the Internet where you can search for more detailed information on astronomical topics that you won't find directly in Starry Night.

To run the program you need to have QuickTime video playback software installed.
