SrvAny

SrvAny is a command-line program that allows you to run programs as services. A service is a process that runs in the background and provides some function. Programs that are run as services run even when the computer is shut down or restarted.

To use SrvAny, you must first create a service. This is done by running SrvAny and entering the `createservice` command. You then need to specify the name of the service, the path to the program to be run, and the startup mode. The startup mode can be `auto` (start the service when the computer starts), `manual` (start the service manually), or `disabled` (shut down the service).

Once the service is created, it can be started using the `startservice` command. The service can also be stopped using the `stopservice` command and restarted using the `restartservice` command.
