Enhance Pointer Precision Guardian

If you use the touchpad of your laptop alternately with the mouse, you may face the problem that the software that takes care of the mouse input turns on or off the so-called Mouse Acceleration (item Increase pointer accuracy). If this is the case, or if for some other reason your mouse acceleration settings change, your problem is now solved. This program makes sure that this does not happen, i.e. it will always keep the mouse acceleration in the desired state. In addition, it provides the option to set a keyboard shortcut to toggle the state.
