SPRINX CTI

SPRINX CTI is a software solution for Call Centers and sales departments of companies that connects the PBX with a computer for efficient handling of phone calls. SPRINX CTI enables the connection of the PBX to a contact database (e.g. CRM), finds out caller information, and makes call handling faster and more efficient. It also enables external and internal call recognition, saving a new contact to the database, transferring and recording calls and generating statistics.
