The switch program is mainly used for switching the electrical outlet by computer. It uses the serial port and its outputs DTR (V1) and RTS (V2). It sends a signal to these outputs at the desired moment and thus switches the connected device via a relay. The switching can be timed, alternated or controlled remotely by a file over the network.
