SoundReader

Program for creating and playing sounds in *.vsf format. This is a beta version of the program, so you cannot create sounds directly in this application, but with the included instructions you can create sounds in Notepad, which is part of Windows.

The program is stored in a self-extracting archive. To open the archive you need to have WinRAR installed. When you open it, the system will ask you for the password that you receive when you FREE register.
