A mysterious serial killer who has killed several young women so far, the police can't cope. He leaves strange toys at crime scenes as his calling card and the way he plays with his victims and investigators has earned him the nickname "The Puppet Master" from the media.

The detective assigned to investigate the case had already lost all hope of ever catching this maniac when she received a videotape of herself from the crazed killer.

To unmask this madman, our heroine must search for clues the killer is leaving for her at each crime scene and uncover the connections between the Puppet Master's victims.
