Skylook

Skylook integrates Outlook and Skype together. It lets you make Skype calls and Skype chats using your Outlook contacts and emails. You can see which contacts are Online in the bar in Outlook. You can also see basic user information in the bar as well as view history just like you are used to directly from Skype.

Skylook also allows you to record all calls (to MP3) and save text conversations to a special folder in Outlook.
