Use ShortExe to create a shortcut to a program stored on a removable disk. Just specify the path (without the drive letter) and the program will find the program by itself when the disk is connected. Creating a shortcut is not difficult, just rename the program (named ShortExe.exe by default) to the following form:
program_name+path_to_program-argument,this_can_be_excluded<.exe>
