ShiftDEL B-lock

 

The ShiftDEL B-lock application serves as a protection against accidental unrecoverable deletion of files and data by automatically blocking the dangerous Shift+Delete key combination, instead of which only the Delete key is pressed. It offers both left Shift and right Shift blocking options, a time delay for holding the key combination to enable the actual Shift+Delete press, and an audible alarm. The lock is valid for the entire system outside of user-definable application exceptions.
