ShellTools

ShellTools is a collection of free Windows shell extensions that support Unicode. Screenshots of the context menu with some ShellTools commands visible. In the ShellTools options window, you can define what image sizes are available in the submenu. By default, resized images are saved in the same directory as the source files with an added file name extension, but you can press Ctrl to select the size from the menu for different output folders.
