AlwaysMouseWheel

AlwaysMouseWheel is a small portable program for Windows that gives you the ability to apply the mouse wheel to any window (under the mouse pointer) even when the window is not in the foreground.

- Moves the window to the foreground
- Send commands to the background window (scroll)
- [Alt + left mouse button] to move windows by dragging
- [Alt + right mouse button] resize windows
- volume control (scroll when the mouse pointer is on the taskbar)
