Round-Robin Mailer

Round-Robin Mailer is a mail server designed to communicate with customers via email. It receives emails from mail servers (POP3 or IMAP4) and sends them via SMTP protocol. It includes tools for editing emails and archiving them. Some types of email may be subject to custom processing via terms. For example, you may want all emails containing the text "residential" to be directed to a specific employee. Or emails whose subject line contains the word "support" can go to a subset of support staff. You can also generate statistics (in a chart or table) of how many emails have been forwarded to each staff member over time. An optional workschedule can be entered for each employee. This way, the employee will not receive emails outside the specified schedule.
