On startup, it is immediately active, resident running (in the background, displayed in the system tray next to the clock). If you need to restart your computer at a certain time every day, the best solution is to copy the program to the "after startup" folder and just set the restart time. Everything else will take care of itself. The restart time is stored in the file "time.xml". Double-clicking the yellow bundle (M3 bundle) icon in the system tray will maximize the program. It can also be controlled via the context menu by right-clicking on the aforementioned icon.

The program needs to have .NET Framework 2.0 installed to run.
