Puncta Picta

Point to any point on the screen. The main window will show you what each component of the point's color looks like. Underneath them is the hexadecimal code for the color, and if there is a CSS name for it, it will display that as well. There are three buttons: RGB (displaying the size of the components - red, blue, green), HSB (color, saturation, brightness - in percentages) and a function where you can set the coordinate offset (a number to add to the mouse coordinate).
