"For one organization I needed to produce an .html file containing a list. It can be done manually or elegantly using some SQL database. But in the latter case, the organization may not have a suitable person to update the database later on. Nowadays, the average PC user works with MS Excel spreadsheet or equivalent. There the user is at home, there he/she makes changes in the spreadsheet and possibly also calculations. So what needed to be put into .html format and displayed on the Internet I got as an XLS file. At the same time, the user notified me that he would still be making changes to the table. My program allows you to take the data from the .xls table and transfer it to a .html web page without human intervention."
