The application allows any user to get a transparent overview of the financial contributions for individual municipalities and cities, which they receive annually from the state as part of the state budget, from open data.

Most important functionalities:

• An overall view of the CR

Basic views of the devolved contribution for municipalities include a macro view of the entire CR. The macro view shows the total contribution for the CR and special status amounts for certain municipalities.

• Summaries

Contributions can also be expressed using summaries of all municipalities in each county. For these summaries, information is also available on how many actions on a particular agenda have been taken by municipalities throughout the county.

• Municipalities

The application can be used to search for each municipality in the country and view its specific contributions, including details. For performance payments, it is also possible to see how many actions a municipality has taken on a particular agenda.

• Development

For each municipality or in aggregate for all municipalities in the county, it is possible to view the development of the contribution over the last 5 years as well as the development of the population over the last 5 years. The development for the next year is automatically predicted using simplex algorithms.

Note: The application is independent of internet connection and is primarily designed for mobile phones. The PC version is a full conversion, but graphically and visually it is adapted to mobile viewing.
