Working with a computer puts a lot of stress on a person. Therefore, we often see recommendations for short breaks during computer work. However, this is often forgotten while working. That's why I created this program to remind you to take a break. The program also offers instructions on how to properly exercise your back.
How does it work? The app runs in the background. At a set interval, it reminds you that it's time to take a break from your computer work. After confirming this message, it starts counting down the time until the end of the break, again according to the specified interval. When the end of the break is confirmed, the interval until the start of the next break starts again. By default, the intervals are set to 60 / 10 minutes. You can change them in the menu by clicking "Change intervals".
The program menu is available in the notification area on the bottom right when you right-click on the program icon. Clicking on "Restart Countdown" will restart the time to break from the beginning. The application can be terminated by selecting "End" in the menu. In the same menu, it is possible to turn off or on the start of the application when the computer starts. The "Back Exercises" item displays a window with instructions on how to exercise your back properly.
