The program allows you to write notes that are normally displayed as small colored markers on the screen so that they overlap other windows and are still visible. When you hover the mouse cursor over one of the markers, a floating window appears with the text of the written note. This window is visible as long as the cursor is in the area of the note marker. Small marks can be easily moved to any location on the screen by dragging the mouse.
