This is a program that generates a PHP file to populate a MySql Database table. The data that the Filler processes must be in a pre-formatted text form separated by a delimiter character, e.g. Tab (character 9). I use it by opening the given table in Excel for export to MySql or by typing it and then via "Clibort (Ctrl+C,Ctrl+V)" transfer it to the Filler and set the number of spaces before and after (for automatic indexing) and press "Start".
