PHODA Drinking Regimen is a free and freely distributable application that monitors compliance with the drinking regime.

It was developed for STORMWARE to remind people who spend a lot of time in front of the computer of the need to take fluids and especially clean water. The software will run in the background and will remind you, subtly but regularly, to take a drink and will also count how much fluid you have already drunk.

It is especially appreciated by those who have been trying unsuccessfully to stick to their drinking regime for a long time.

The app allows you to:

• multiple reminders - sound, bubble, picture, or even the ability to alternate all effects
• set different time intervals when the user wishes to display reminders
• count in dcl how much liquid the user has drunk
• mark the number of glasses (1dcl, 2dcl...) drunk
• check options like "do not display for the next 2 hours" or "do not display today" to give the user the option to turn off the reminder
