Pipe-Tunes - a program to optimize the cutting schedule.

It is ideal for manufacturers who need to cut different dimensions from bars of the same length.

Self-explanatory and optimization results in the mathematically best solution to minimize waste.

The program is developed mainly for window manufacturers, but it will also find application in similar products (window sills, stainless steel material, etc.).

The software is universal - in the parameters it is possible to set the length of the bar, the thickness of the cut as well as the unsuitable waste (range of unacceptable waste, e.g. from 100-400mm, i.e. waste below 100mm can be thrown away, above 400mm goes to the warehouse).
