Pinya Guard

The Pinya Guard software provides the ability to monitor all activity on the computer, giving you a complete overview of its usage. This includes internet activity, application usage, email, VPN connections or monitoring of connected external devices.

Activities that can be monitored:

• User's internet activity on internet browsers (active time)
• User activity in applications (active time)
• Print monitoring (what, how much and when)
• Monitoring of external device connections (USB,..)
• Monitoring of work with files (renaming, creation or deletion, whether local or network)
• Screen monitoring (based on settings or alert)
• VPN monitoring (any not just trunk)
• Alerting system for websites visited and applications used

The Pinya Guard monitoring software records a complete history of all visited websites and allows you to capture so-called screenshots, screenshots with the possibility of inserting a time stamp, according to a selected keyword and at the desired intervals. Pinya Guard monitors all the computer's operation, its switching on and off, all running and terminated programs, work with documents and installed or uninstalled software. Of course, it keeps track of print jobs (from printers directly connected to the user station) and the insertion and removal of any disk or external device.
