Perfect Diet Tracker is a program that will help you create a customized diet to help you reach your weight loss or weight gain goals. The program is science-based and uses the Harris Benedict equation to calculate your basal metabolic rate (BMR). Depending on your personal data (age, height, weight, gender, activity level), the program will calculate the number of calories you need to consume to maintain your current body weight. In addition, the program will allow you to set weekly goals for weight loss or weight gain and then suggest a daily calorie intake to reach the goal. The program also includes a food and recipe database to help you create a healthy diet.
