Evidence školního majetku

The programme is mainly intended for schools, kindergartens and similar institutions. It allows keeping records of fixed assets and small fixed or short-term assets. Any assets can be recorded without the need to create asset depreciation. It allows to capture basic changes in the status of assets, i.e. acquisitions, disposals, transfers, including print-outs. It records the location of assets, also in this context it tracks the staff responsible for these assets. It prints various inventory reports with the status of assets. Asset inventory reports, e.g. for individual classrooms or cabinets. For teachers, asset inventories. Price lists for other authorities, etc.
