pdfarchitect is a free tool for editing PDF documents, it allows you to view, rotate, delete, reorder pages or merge multiple PDF files into one. Other extensive features are included in the paid version, but it easily replaces much more expensive applications designed for editing PDF documents.

PDF Architect Standard includes all the features from the FREE
+ package in addition:

• Edit text directly in PDF documents, change fonts and format text
• Convert PDF to Word, Excel, HTML or image files
• Ability to insert pages, images and hyperlinks into PDF
