Parsley

Parsley synchronizes selected file system locations. It includes an infrastructure with functional error trapping and customizable behavior with the ability to implement additional program logic for different situations that arise. Mechanism for synchronizing metadata (tags, ratings, etc.), ability to use as a standalone application or as integration with other tools by leveraging APIs.
