Those who occasionally do something with video on PC (I mean those who empeggiate movies) know that they are not happy when the movie they just empeggiated doesn't fit on the CD by 0.5 Mb. This utility can either cut the selected x bytes of the specified file from the beginning, from the end or from the selected position. Please note that the program has no idea about the format of the file it is chopping. TZN will hard delete the selected section of data.
