ObjectDock

ObjectDock is a desktop toolbar that makes any of your programs accessible.

It also offers very nice animation effects when you hover over the icon and displays thumbnail thumbnails of the open window for easy switching between applications.

You can also use the drag and drop feature to easily add your favorite folder or program to the toolbar. ObjectDock also includes a forecast that shows the current conditions for your region, as well as access to folders, time, etc.
