NetworkLatencyView

NetworkLatencyView is a Windows application that listens for TCP connections on your system and calculates the network latency in milliseconds for each new TCP connection that is detected on Windows. For each IP address, up to 10 network latency values and their average are displayed. The calculation of the latency value is very similar to the result you get from a ping command to the same IP address. NetworkLatencyView also allows you to easily export the collected data as a text/CSV/html/xml file or copy and paste it into, for example, Excel.
