There are many similar programmes. However, this one is unique in its ability to create mosaics also from non-rectangular parts - puzzles, triangles, hexagons, etc.

Another advantage is that you can create an image made up of, say, 50 smaller images even from one small image - the program adjusts the colour levels itself to get the best possible effect.
